A big thank you to Glenn and John for our trip to Brewarrina/Goodooga this Australia Day weekend. 
The look on Taniell's and her dad Willie's faces when they saw us in the crowd, there to witness her receive her "Young Citizen of the Year Award"
for the Brewarrina Shire was priceless. Truly a worthy recipient and a young lady with a bright future ahead.

As all fellow NBSR members know, I had a bit of a fall on the same ride last April resulting in 7 months in hospital and ongoing rehab. I would like to 
thank the members for your regular visits during my incarceration. To come out of a deep medication induced sleep and see the smiling faces of twenty 
or so bikers standing around your bed was, well, let's just say a bedpan was needed!!

The second reason I made the trip this weekend was to get some closure to the accident.

Glenn and John were good enough to take the time on such a long journey, to allow me to catch up with the police officer and two ambo's at 
Coonamble who were instrumental in keeping me alive on the trip to Dubbo Hospital, apparently made in record time reaching speeds up to 170klm per hour.
sorry I missed it). We also found the crash site and stopped to take pictures and video footage. John found my headlight cover and Glenn found a tree with 
my name on it. 

Once again THANK YOU to all fellow members of NBSR for your support over the last 10 months. You truly are my second family!!

I was pleased to buy some of the NBSR fundraising tickets at the recent Avalon markets day and even more pleased to win one of the prizes. It was a real 
surprise to have, what looked like the whole club appear to deliver my prize - about 30+ Harleys arrived on our small street, all riders dressed as Santa or Elves etc.
A real thrill - I still am not sure if the prize or the delivery was better!
Keep up the good work NBSR, and happy to support the good work you do and the wonderful causes you support

Well you managed to do it yet again last Friday 2 December 2011 at the Wasdale Street Christmas Party. It was another fantastic effort and thank you to everyone.

Thanks for a great ride on Fathers Day last Sunday.

A big thank you for all who came to Palm Beach and helped celebrate Saxon's 2nd birthday. The feedback was that all children had a 
great time and one 4 year old was still crying when he arrived home saying that "I really did not want to leave the party"

I will try to attend next Tuesday's meeting, if that is OK, if anyone has any photos of the group at the party I would love a copy.
